This depends on the product! For most products, we ship everywhere in North America. For some products, at this time we are only able to offer local shipping here in Texas. 

Processing time can take up to one full week. Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. 

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll do our best to locate it for you. 

Everyone has different skin, so we recommend a patch test before use.

All of our products are made with non-toxic ingredients that you can trust! Even our products that are made with fragrance oils are free of parabens, phalates, and a whole mess of other hormone-disrupting chemicals that big box stores use. All of our ingredients are organic or cosmetic grade, and are designed with your overall health in mind, though we cannot claim any particular medicinal benefits. If you have any allergies or concerns about the ingredients, it is best to consult your doctor before use. 

Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Even products with all-natural ingredients can cause skin irritation in certain susceptible individuals, so it is best to conduct a patch test on your skin before regular use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please consult with your health care professional before use. If the use of any of our products causes any irritation or discomfort, discontinue use immediately. 

We carefully source our fragrance oils from companies that do not use pthalates, parabens, or other toxins in their formulas. While many of our products are unscented, naturally scented with plants and spices, or scented with essential oils, some customers prefer a stronger or more unique fragrance so we offer non-toxic alternatives.
